This was my second folded book art pattern. Bigger than the first one but still easy and enjoyable to do and the end result looks very impressive. Will definitely do more patterns.

This is my first time trying folded book art of any kind. The website has wonderful tutorials that are easy to understand and help to make a first timer like me successful. I was overhelmed at first thinking this would take forever just to mark my folds but found that it went quickly. I did a few at a time when I had a few minutes and before I know it I was done marking. I am folding now and love seeing the image "unfold" as I go! I can see how this might get addicting. Used book sales here I come!

Ho iniziato da zero alcuni mesi fa e sono molto contenta di essermi affidata a FoldedBook Art, i modelli sono precisi e accurati.
All'inizio ho provato dei modelli con poche pagine (es. il cuore), e poi le scritte customizzate che sono risultate molto bene.
E' importante usare libri della misura consigliata, ossia 20-22 cm di altezza: in questo modo la scritta risulterà proporzionata.
Ho scelto libri con la copertina rigida e li ho ricoperti di stoffa: sono stati dei regali molto apprezzati.
L'unico problema è che provoca dipendenza :-) E' un passatempo che dà soddisfazione.

I started from scratch a few months ago and I am very happy to have relied on FoldedBook Art, the templates are precise and accurate.
At first I tried templates with a few pages (e.g. the heart), and then customised lettering which turned out very well.
It is important to use books of the recommended size, i.e. 20-22 cm in height, so that the inscription will be proportionate.
I chose hardcover books and covered them with textile: they were very appreciated gifts.
The only problem is that it is addictive :-) It is a satisfying hobby.
